Company also doubles workforce and moves to San Diego

ParAccel has announced its move to San Diego in order to accommodate the company's growth.   Its new San Diego facilities will feature a state-of-the-art customer benchmark and briefing center to accommodate an increasing demand for proofs of concept (POC) and corporate due diligence visits.  In the past year, ParAccel has doubled its workforce as it continues to expand in both San Diego and Cupertino, CA.

The company also announced that Bill Russell, an industry veteran with deep operating experience, has joined the company's board of directors. Russell spent more than 20 years with Hewlett Packard Corporation in a variety of executive roles, including vice president and general manager of HP's Global Alliances, Software Solutions and Enterprise Systems Organizations.

Russell has served as a Board Director of a number of enterprise software companies since he retired from Hewlett-Packard in May 2003.  He currently serves on the boards of Global 360, KXEN and PROS Holdings (NYSE:PRO).  Russell has served in a variety of roles on both public and private technology company boards and previously served on the boards of webMethods, Cognos and Sylantro Systems Corporation.
