Los expertos en soluciones para documentos han tenido éxito a la hora de incorporar las capturas empresariales en las soluciones empresariales

El certificado se concede a organizaciones que asisten y superan el curso completo de formación de ABBYY FlexiCapture. Informática El Corte Inglés tiene ahora acceso total a las soluciones de captura de documentos y datos de ABBYY que proporcionan una amplia gama de opciones para la extracción de información crítica empresarial procedente de documentos de clientes en varios sectores como el ámbito legal, logístico, servicios financieros, sanidad, gobierno, externalización y muchos otros.

ABBYY FlexiCapture le permite a Informática El Corte Inglés prestar a sus clientes un proceso perfecto, desde el momento en que los documentos entran en una empresa como correo hasta aplicaciones empresariales finales como SAP, Oracle, Sage y diversas aplicaciones de gestión de documentos. Los documentos se escanean y los datos esenciales capturados de documentos empresariales críticos, como facturas, se introducen automáticamente en la aplicación administrativa mientras, al mismo tiempo, el original se archiva digitalizado para acelerar y facilitar su recuperación. Este nivel de automatización permite prescindir de varias de las tareas manuales más lentas relacionadas con el procesamiento de documentos impresos.
