DOCUSIGN MOMENTUM
DocuSign, the global standard for electronic signature, announced today at its annual user conference that Hewlett-Packard has selected DocuSign’s eSignature solution to automate signature processes across the company.
The agreement calls for HP to deploy DocuSign’s eSignature solution globally to facilitate processing of contracts and agreements within procurement, sales, finance, legal, HR, real estate, and other departments.
“We selected DocuSign to increase the speed, accuracy, and security of our contracting processes. Our customers and partners will find using DocuSign is an easier way to do business with HP,” said John Hinshaw, executive vice president of global technology and business processes at HP.
Keith Krach, chairman and CEO of DocuSign, said “HP has always prioritized innovative customer facing technologies. We’re delighted that HP is standardizing on DocuSign’s electronic signature transaction platform to provide their customers, partners, and employees convenient new solutions.”
